International Orders Information
JBI is proud to provide motocross and dirt bike parts, accessories, and information to all riders and racers around the world. When shipping products and exchanging funds internationally there are a few extra steps and procedures required. For all orders outside of the United States please follow the below steps
- Email a screen shot of your shopping cart with the items you want to JBI@RideJBI.com
- Include your full name, complete address, and phone number
- JBI will review your order and respond with further instructions
- International payments are conducted only through PayPal (JBI@RideJBI.com)
- Shipping cost starts at $39.00 regardless of order size and value. (Canada starts at $20.00)
- Completing payment on an international order means that you (the customer) have accepted the Ride JBI International Ordering Policy and related International Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy.
As a security measure against fraud the JBI shopping cart is not configured to accept orders from outside the United States. By following the steps above, JBI can safely and securly process sensitive information, transfer funds, and ship items globally. We look forward to hearing from all our customers around the world. And don't worry if your English is not the best, we all speak the universal language of Motocross.
International Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy
- Once an international order has been shipped to the customer verified address there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- In the event Ride JBI sends the wrong part, we will promptly address and resolve the issue.
- This International Returns, Exchanges, & Returns Policy supersedes the Ride JBI Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds policy for USA orders
