JBI Spec Valving
- When JBI develops a motorcycle suspension setup "synergy" among the motorcycle's components is the primary objective.
- JBI Suspension Revalves are accomplished by analyzing all contributing variables and modifying each optimally.
- Optimized JBI Suspension settings with a balanced chassis setup yields a better performing & handling motorcycle.
- Developed, tested, and proven JBI Suspension setups with real results
- Works fork and Works shock parts available.

JBI Suspension Coatings
- JBI Kashima Coating: Kashima Coat is a lubricated anodizing developed by the Miyaki Corporation by adding a lubricating function to hard anodizing with the goal of enhancing wear resistance. Kashima Coat is created by filling the millions of pores of the anodizing (anodic oxide) film generated via primary electrolysis with the lubricating material molybdenum disulfide. Molybdenum disulfide is a solid material with lubricating properties. Molybdenum is widely used in engine lubricants and grease for high performance applications and now highly sought after in the suspension industry.
- JBI Fauxshima Coating: JBI Fauxshima Coat is a specific bronze brown colored anodize to look similar to Kashima Coat for a lesser price. The anodizing process forms an abrasion resistant and sealing oxide layer on aluminum, titanium, and magnesium metals. This is accomplished in a low temperate bath solution of sulfuric acid charged with an electrical current. Anodize coatings evenly penetrate into the part and build up onto the part being coated. Commonly referred to as a 50/50 coating. 50% penetration. 50% build up. JBI Suspension Anodize is performed at a specialist anodize facility that has decades of experience coating suspension and related motorsports parts. This valuable experience provides consistent and beautiful anodize finishes every time.

JBI Parts
- JBI Titanium Pro Perch: The JBI Titanium Pro Perch is a flexible pressure sensitive valve that contributes additional compression damping resistance more efficiently than the WP Spring Tube. In other words the JBI Ti Pro Perch WP setup is harder to bottom out and also has a better feeling when bottoming out compared to the WP Spring Tube.
- JBI Titanium Subvalve: A subvalve more effectively meters the oil flow thru the bypass circuit of a compression valve assembly. Most often the oil flowing thru the bypass circuit is only controlled/adjusted by changing the setting of the compression clicker. While the compression clicker functions well in altering the total volume of oil that can flow thru the bypass circuit, there is still room for improving how to control/manage the oil flow (pressure) thru the bypass circuit. A subvalve adds the ability to control the flow of oil thru the bypass circuit with suspension shims AND the clicker adjuster. With the addition of shims, the oil is no longer able to freely flow thru the bypass circuit without light initial resistance. This light initial resistance is key as it allows for more effective control of the fork compression damping system thru the entire suspension travel at all speeds/pressures. Subvalves (aka low speed valves) are common in high end A-Kit forks and all production KYB SSS forks and Showa 49mm twin chamber forks.
- JBI Titanium Bolts: The Chef's Kiss. Our JBI Titanium Bolts are made out of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy (Ti 6Al-4V) and feature excellent corrosion resistance. Coming in multiple anodize finishes and thread lengths, JBI Titanium Bolts are ready to elevate your ride to your dream bike.
