JBI Suspension Pro Valve Tech Specs and Install Guide

Install instructions assume you know the basics of working on open cartridge forks

1. Remove cartridge assembly from fork.  Be sure not to mix up fork cartridges
1. Right fork = rebound and cartridge only has holes at bottom
2. Left fork = compression and cartridge has holes at top and bottom
   
2. At the bottom of the fork cartridge assembly push the stock basevalve assembly deeper into the cartridge exposing the snap ring. Remove snap ring.
3. Thread stock retaining bolt into fork compression assembly and pull to remove assembly from cartridge
4. Install JBI Suspension Pro Valve into fork cartridge
5. Re-install snap ring into fork cartridge
6. Thread new allen bolt into JBI Suspension Pro Valve and pull to seat the Pro Valve against the snap ring (circlip)
7. Remove supplied allen bolt from JBI Suspension Pro Valve assembly and get ready to install fork cartridge back into fork tubes
8. With fork cartridge assembly backside of fork get ready to install new provided allen bolt to secure the fork cartridge inside of fork tube.
9. Torque allen bolt to 25N/mm (18.4ft-lbs). May need to install fork spring inside of fork tubes and push to apply pressure on fork cartridge to prevent fork cartridge from spinning during while torquing bolt
10. Fill fork with oil, bleed out air, and set oil height per below spec
11. Set clickers to below spec
12. Enjoy!

Oil Height: 90mm    Oil Type/Weight: Fork Oil 5wt
For aggressive and/or bigger riders recommend firmer spring rate such as .64kg or .66kg (Call or email to purchase spring)
