11. As advertised!!!!

    Big improvement for rocky and rooty terrain compliance. Way less rider fatigue than stock. JB took the time to call to make sure he was building the right set up for me. Much less hassle and cost than shipping forks across the country. Easy to install if you have the right basic suspension tools. Highly recommend!

    My forks had been valved for someone 100lbs heavier than me and after re-valving with JBI the difference is night and day. Couldn't be happier with the price, performance and quality. Thank you JBI!

    I couldn't get rid of the harsh chatter from breaking bumps and choppy track conditions got my valving changed sent back with 5 settings to try and it feels smooth for any condition I can dial them in for the terrain track conditions and and smooth this is after 22 hours of use stands up great comparison to factory connections valving they did before

    Blows the stock fork out of the water. Worked amazing on the first ride in the mountains and havn't even moved the clickers yet. Any bike in the future with an aer48 will get this upgrade.

    Installed the DIY valuing kit on my 2018 KTM 250 XCF set up for single track. Went and rode an XC loop with rocky single track, fast desert sections, and fire roads. This cured my deflection issue and enhanced plushness over rocks. I did not get as tired and had more confidence without the fear of being bounced off the side of the mountain. I highly recommend.

    JB's customer service is seriously top notch. Took time before the sale to answer questions and make sure I got the right set up for my needs. Install was very easy with the videos and specs he supplied. I have very little time on forks to date but they feel so much better. Way more consistent, planted feel, especially in corners, brake dive is drastically reduced, and the mid-stroke harshness I was battling in stock form is gone. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective "fix" for the AER48.

    I been experimenting with KTM suspension a lot the last few years trying different revalve combinations and spring conversions including the KYB conversion. Also tried KYB A-kit, WP cone valves and MX-tech carbon Lucky’s. These was all hit or miss depending on how they was set up and the large cost.
    I’ve installed this kit with amazing results and pushed this kit for a few friends to try with the same results. This is the only setup I found that allows comfort without losing the hold up you need. It even worked better then the cone valves and other Akit style forks. Basically gets ride of any air fork feel also. It cornered better because the front settled tremendously better, it’s extremely plush on small square edge chop to large braking bumps but still manages great hold up even over shooting large jumps with zero harsh feeling you usually get with air forks. JBI really nailed this kit on the head. For the amount of performance you get for the cost compared to anything else is amazing. So glad I tried this. Customer is hands down the best I’ve experienced also.

    Forks feel great after this upgrade, I really wasn't expecting this much of a change but it was worth every dime. If you are on an air fork and dont want to spend a fortune to swap it to a spring, I highly recommend this upgrade ! Thanks JB !

19. Amazing upgrade for the WP AER 48

    Wow! This product really delivered. Easy to install with the online video walking you through step by step. I set it up to the plush settings on the included set-up sheet. First laps and noticed a dramatic improvement with overall plushness and rebound control. Was a little too soft the the big jumps at my local track. Ended up spending another 15 laps dialing in the settings. Went 1 psi more on air, 2 clicks more compression and 4 clicks more rebound. On my final laps the hold up was great, still very plush, and no secondary bounce on big hits. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.

    Amazing quality kit, fit and finish are second to none. The end result was mind blowing . Plush but progressive, produced great comfort and feel on the track. JB knocked this one out of the park… You can’t go wrong with These components. Best part is the relationship isn’t over after you make your purchase, JB always answers the phone and takes the time to make it right….
