Stark Varg MX
Product Description
Stark Varg MX
The Varg Mx is the most polarizing motocross bike to date. From its elegant looks, strong power, and innovative technology, it's turned heads since the bike's debut in December of 2021. Our job is to amplify the already amazing traits of the bike with our JBI Spec Revalve or JBI Spec DIY Kits. Below you can find our recommend suspension setups and spring rates for the rider's height, weight, and riding ability.
The KYB SSS Spring Fork on the Stark Future Varg MX is similar to the Yamaha YZ and Triumph TF Motocross models.
However the key difference is weight. The Stark Varg is 25lbs heaver then the YZF with more centralized mass. This requires firmer springs to support the heaver weight of the Stark Varg.
Stark Varg MX stock fork spring rates
- Soft: 4.6N (0.47kg/mm)
- Medium 4.8N (0.49kg/mm)
- Firm 5.0N (0.51kg/mm)
- During the JBI Spec Suspension development Ride JBI found the oem Stark Varg suggested spring rates to be inaccurate and too soft.
