Each brace size is determined by a users chest circumference, measured just above the nipples. Each size is adjustable, and the below guide can be used to determine the right size for any individual. 

• Small - 33” - 36” (84cm - 92cm)
• Medium - 37” - 41” (94cm - 104cm)
• Large - 42”+ (106cm+)
